The DOMUS information system represents a comprehensive solution for managing residential and non-residential spaces.
Its benefits are utilized by more than a million spaces in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
It includes everything necessary for managing a property, from records of managed spaces, inspections, space users, payment tracking, and meter equipment records to annual billing.


DOMUS 11
In 2022, an updated version named DOMUS 11 was released.
The ambition of the DOMUS information software is to be available anywhere, anytime, through smart devices. A key new feature is the mobile app eDOMUS. Data is accessible where employees need it — in the field.
From a mobile phone, it is possible to access data, attached documents, and modify or create new data.

POSCHODOCH Portal for Apartment Users
A portal where everything is under control. A unique portal for the manager’s customers. The space user has access to information about their apartment and building. The manager has full control over the displayed data. It includes the user’s account, consumption graphs, annual billing, building costs, information from the manager, repair fund details, and inspections.
eDOMUS - Mobile App for the Modern Manager
Access to property management data anywhere and anytime. A mobile app connected to the DOMUS module for property management. Data recorded by the manager is accessible where employees need it — in the field.


Modern Meter Readings via the Internet
With our partners, it’s not a problem. We use standard meters with remote readings, which are read by data collectors installed in the building. The collectors send the meter readings directly to the central server. The poschodoch.sk portal makes the data available to apartment owners on a daily basis, evaluates it, and sends notifications.
Mobile Meter Reading App
Paperless meter reading, directly via your mobile phone. The app allows meters in apartments to be read using an Android mobile device. It also allows the meter to be photographed, the reading to be entered into the manager’s database, and sends the meter reading to the apartment users via email or SMS.

Implementation Partners
System implementation in eastern Slovakia is handled by Kornel s.r.o. from Košice. System implementation in the western part of the Czech Republic is provided by SysAg software.

When developing the system, we naturally focus on the security of the product itself, but with the increasing number of sophisticated threats that come with modern technologies, it is necessary to consider further system protection.
