The web portal www.poschodoch.sk provides financial and technical data about apartments and buildings for their owners. The data is made available from the DOMUS information system used by property managers.
All information about your apartment and building in one place
Poschodoch is the name of your modern portal, which aims to become an important and indispensable place where you can solve many of your housing-related matters.
The goal of the portal is to provide all information about your apartment and building. Your property manager will grant you access to the portal upon request.

What can you find on the POSCHODOCH.SK portal?
Overviews
Once logged in, you have access to the most important information about your apartment and building on one screen. A simple click on the relevant section will take you to detailed information.
Account
In the account section, you will immediately get an overview of your prepayment amount, overpayment, or underpayment from the annual billing, as well as your payments. By clicking on the prepayment or annual billing, you will see the individual items that make up the total amount.
Consumption Control
If you have compatible meters, the portal will provide you with daily data on your water, heat, or cooling consumption. Graphs show the comparison of your daily consumption with the average consumption in the entire building.
Contacts
In the contacts tab, you will find contacts not only for the property management staff but also for the elected representatives of your building. (Representatives must give their consent for such publication.)
Repair Fund
The repair fund is displayed graphically over the years and months. A detailed overview of the creation and use of the repair fund can be found below the graph.
Building Noticeboard
On the building noticeboard, meetings, written votes, and many other events concerning the entire building are posted. The advantage is also the history of events. You can find out what happened in the building in the past.
Documents
Documents scanned by your property manager can be viewed on the portal. These include meeting minutes, inspection reports, or energy certificates.
Requests
You can easily communicate with your property manager through the portal. You can submit requests for your apartment or your entire building. For example, if a light is out in the building, you can report it to the manager immediately. If the issue has already been reported, you can see the status of the solution.
Voting
During the pandemic, it is possible to vote electronically in written votes. You can carry out such electronic voting on the portal.
